Two UPACS cold aisle systems were deployed.  The first had solid steel full height blanking panels installed in place of racks to contain the cold air. 

The second UPACS had twinwall polycarbonate installed in place of the racks.  With this solution, when a new rack is installed, the client can simply remove a secion of the twinwall polycarbonate, install the rack, cut the twinwall polycarbonate to size with a knife and re-installin the gap that is left.  This facilitates a rapid deployement of new racks whichls still maintaining the integrity of the cold aisle to prevent cold air loss.
